I am Jim Kelly, an IT and managed services leader with more than 26 years of experience helping organizations improve technology operations, service delivery, and business performance.

I have served organizations across telecom, IT managed services, healthcare, and petrochemical industries. I have led teams, managed complex operations, supported business growth (organic & inorganic), delivered major projects, guided vendor and partner relationships, and helped organizations mature how they use and deliver technology.

I’ve served at the executive level at a few managed services providers in Houston, Texas. In those roles, I provided leadership across business operations, account management, central services, the design desk, IT services, cybersecurity, and professional services. My focus included improving profitability, service delivery, strengthening accountability, supporting the client experience, and aligning technology execution with business goals.

My Perspective

Managed services should not feel mysterious to clients, and clients should not feel chaotic to providers.

Clients need a technology partner they can trust, one that communicates clearly, manages risk, supports users well, and helps the business make smart technology and business decisions.

MSPs need scalable operations, clean processes, disciplined service delivery, strong client relationships, and service offerings that are both valuable and profitable.

My work lives at the intersection of those needs.
